We have carried out numerous leak testing activities on a wide range of new build oil, gas, petrochemical and LNG projects. Our personnel have many years of industry experience carrying out safe and reliable pneumatic testing both on and offshore.
Our developed procedures for pneumatic leak testing have a greater level of detail and HSE control to reduce the risks to as low as practically possible. We have also introduced to the industry our proprietary System Integrity Management software (SIM) that combines flange management and pneumatic test pack creation by simply marking up P&ID’s and ISO’s electronically.
The SIM generated leak test pack will reference a three-part permit system, which is an essential tool for controlling pressure testing operations. The philosophy of the three-part permit system is to eliminate the potential of any personnel working on a system that is pressurised or partly pressurised.
